Engineered for Calcified Canals: C-PILOT® files undergo a unique thermal hardening process that significantly increases their bending strength compared to standard K-files. This allows the clinician to apply necessary apical pressure to penetrate mineralized tissue without the instrument buckling or deforming.

Safe Navigation with Inactive Pilot Tip: The non-cutting, inactive pilot tip is designed to follow the natural curvature of the canal. This critical safety feature minimizes the risk of shelf formation, ledging, or apical transportation, ensuring the integrity of the original anatomy is maintained.

The "ISO 12.5" Advantage: VDW offers a unique intermediate size (ISO 12.5) in the C-PILOT® range. This helps bridge the significant 50% increase in diameter between size 10 and 15, facilitating a smoother transition and reducing the physical stress on both the instrument and the clinician during canal enlargement.

Enhanced Tactile Control (CC+ Handle): Featuring the ergonomic CC+ handle, these files offer superior grip and sensitive tactile feedback. This enables dentists to "feel" the canal morphology and identify obstacles with high precision.
