Short Description
A high-intensity, cordless LED curing light delivering up to 3,000 mW/cm² of cold light polymerization without the risk of thermal pulp damage. Equipped with an integrated base radiometer and three smart curing modes, it ensures rapid, stress-free composite conversion and seamless clinical adaptability.#ACTEON Tip No. 1#

ACTEON Tip No. 1
High-Octane Power Alliance: Engineered to deliver a highly concentrated optical output. It achieves an intensity of 2,000 mW/cm² with the standard 7.5mm opalescent light guide, and can reach up to 3,000 mW/cm² when using the optional 5.5mm specialized guide, allowing 2mm of composite to cure safely in just a few seconds.
Targeted Emission Spectrum (420–480 nm): Unlike traditional halogen units that scatter energy, the Mini LED III focuses its light output precisely within the most efficient absorption spectrum of modern photo-initiators (such as Camphoroquinone). This eliminates wasted energy and prevents structural shrinkage at the composite margin lines.
Advanced Pulmonary & Tissue Heat Dissipation: Incorporates an exclusive internal cooling system that eliminates the need for noisy mechanical fans. It generates a powerful "cold light" that keeps the curing site cool, protecting vital pulp tissues and minimizing cross-contamination risks within the operatory environment.
Three Flexible Polymerization Modes:
Fast Mode: Operates at full power for 3, 4, 5, or 10 seconds for high-speed, direct restorations.
Pulse Mode: Emits successive 1-second flashes to limit temperature rise and stress build-up in deep cavity preparations.
Ramping Mode: Features a gradual power increase over 9 or 15 seconds to prevent abrupt composite retraction and guarantee a reliable marginal seal.
Smart Backlit Display & Base Radiometer: The lightweight, ergonomic pen-grip handpiece features a bright digital screen with a customizable countdown timer. The smart charging base includes a built-in radiometer with intuitive color coding to instantly verify light intensity prior to patient treatment.
Strict Asepsis Compatibility: Supplied with a fully autoclavable, multi-fiber glass light guide and rigid protective light shields, allowing the clinical team to maintain uncompromised hygiene protocols between restorative appointments.
